From my experiences as a leader and life & business results coach, I am inspired constantly by the untapped power within people and people’s capacity for transformation. I am grateful for role models I have come across, people and businesses I have impacted, and my personal experiences and growth in the past 20 years. Hence, why I am committing the next decades to leading with my core values of love, growth, and service and transforming lives & businesses using my talent, expertise, experiences, energy, enthusiasm, and passion.

One of my mentors once said “business is a spiritual game” and it is true.  It's all about the inner game. If you are winning inside, you will win outside. Success in business or life is 70% psychology of those involved and 30% of the specific actions or strategies taken. A business can only grow as far as its leadership, people and culture are willing to grow and adapt. As a well-trained results coach, a well-educated, and a result-focused executive, I bring a wealth of expertise having worked in Fortune 500 and private technology companies leading small, medium, and large teams and worked with small, local or global businesses to create strategic growth.

When I am not working or spending time with family and friends, I sharpen the saw by getting closer to my creator and diving into mastering tools and concepts that keep me accountable and ready to serve at the highest level. I currently live in Canada, Toronto with my family.
